Chourio went 4-for-5 and rescued Milwaukee when the Cubs were one strike away from cutting into the division race. With two outs in the ninth, he launched a two-run homer that erased a 3-1 deficit and forced extra innings. Chourio changed everything with a two-out, two-run homer, his fourth hit of the night. The Cubs then lost automatic runner Seiya Suzuki at third on a fly ball in the top of the 10th.
